Kent County Michigan Ordinance
Their kennel ordinance definitely contravenes the dog law of 1919.
How do these people think they have the authority to do this?
They don't, but "we" let them get away with it. Shame on us.

I will have to add St. Clair County to this list. They adopted an insane ordinance July 16, 2010 that covers Pet Shops and Shelters, Dogs and Kennel Licensing (annual inspection), Large Carnivore and Wolf-Dog Crosses...I thinks that's all.
